Forms Module Summary The Forms Module houses all forms that are being utilized by KAStrack and allows for the creation, viewing, and management of the forms and the form entries. Forms can integrate with several modules explained in the Forms and Module Integrations Table below. Forms Module Page Summaries Page Purpose Home Page The Home Page contains the Forms Table, where all existing Forms built within your organization’s subdomain are stored. Groups Page The Groups Page is used for organizational function and allows forms to be grouped together for efficiency and ease of use. Settings Page The Settings Page allows an individual to customize and designate permissions pertaining to the Forms Module for system users
